Other ingredients: Hypromellose No artificial colorants or flavorings.

Directions for use: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. 

PRECAUTIONS: Do not use when pregnant. Not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if the safety seal is broken. Consult a healthcare provider if you are taking diabetes medication, have liver problems or are being treated for a vitamin B12 deficiency.
