HOW TO USE

• For respiratory problems add 5-6 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour
  
• Add to humidifier to assist with respiratory issues
  
• Burn in your home to drive away mosquitoes, flies and other insects
  
• Add 2-3 drops to your oil burner
  
• Add 2 to 3 drops to a teaspoon of your carrier oil to make a massage or bath oil blend
